Items paid for not delivered

My mom and I lay byed some items from Fair Price Zeerust and on the 14 December we paid the lay bye off with deliver fee for the items to be delivered to Supingstad and to date the furniture is not received. I've called so many times, Spoke to Tlhogi and the other lady I think her name is Kgomotso. They all promised to deliver before xmas but nothing yet. Their delivery promise is 3-7 working days and we are on 10 days and they are not giving any feedback. I am furious with these shop because these were my mom's xmas gifts.
