Item not delivered

I bought a wadrabe that was on desplay in November 2019 they said it will be delivered mid December till today its not delivered and everytime i go there they tell me a different date an saying still no stock available.what a terreble services where by i need to call evertime to follow or i need to drive there because no one has a decency to call me and tell me whats happening.
