incorrect informatiom

My mom went to fair price in vosloorus on the 11th January 2018 and bought a fridge cash which was on sale for R2999.00 and she was advised that the fridge will be delivered in the next 7 working days... after we have been doing the follow up our selves several times and being told that there is a delay on this delivery as a lot of people has purchased it, today my mom goes physically to the store to enquire about delivery and they tell her that they do have the fridge in stock but she has to rebuy the fridge as the sale is off and she will buy with normal Price which is higher than what she paid for... according to the consumer protection act this is ******* .. we had no update ,or communication regarding this and they are simply taking advantage of an old lady and customer service is of no existence in their store because even the store manager never gave us feed back.... this is absolute nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
