I bought a wardrobe and a stove on the 2 August 2018 cash from festival mall branch. I was promised the wardrobe will come in pieces and they will send someone to assemble it within 7 days. No one came . I called the store today 11 August and I was told the guy is coming today at 2pm. I waited and he never showed up or even have the decency to call and make a lousy excuse. I paid cash for my purchase and feel it's unnecessary for me to wait and worse if all be inconvenienced. Fairprice has no respect for consumers and only cares about cashing the money
