Imcomplete product

on the 31st of August i bought a washing machine Ref number 70711 which i could use ore assemble the product till this week Sunday when the plumber was done with the piping . to my surprise the next day the machine has a rat in side asking my sel how come as this machine according to me is all sild all over were will this rat got the excess to go inside only to decided let me check under the washing Machine does not have a lead under and it the first time i learn that a washing machine come with out a led and they did not provide me with any lead for us.

I call the shop i spoke to the Manager he said with a bad attitude Nkosinathi Hlatshwayo who was very rude to me telling me that they always advise client to advise their third party who will be receiving the items, this was not the first time i purchase from this shop Fair Price. my question to him was the pipes were provided to me and i didn't know that i was supposed to turn a 18kg up and down top and bottom to insure it is closed. THIS MACHINE WAS OPENED STILL ON TOP OF THE WHITE STAND WHICH IT STILL AVAILABLE AND WHY WOULD THE DELIVRY GUYS DID NOT ADVISE THAT THE IS NO LED UNDER AND PROVIDE SUCH.

I HAVE RECORDED THE CALL WITH THIS MANGER WHO IS RUDE AND UNPROFESIONAL TO THE CLIENTS. I NEED THIS LED OR QUERY RESOLVED WITH ME RECEIVING WHAT IS DUE TO ME
