I'm not Happy with the Service I got from Fair Price and the way they Treat Other People

I'm Very ****ed and Annoyed with the Stuff of Fair Price in Welkom, 44 Bok Street Welkom Free State, 9438 Today around 14:43 to cancel my layby due to affordability, The lady who was assisting me told me that they will make arrangements and I must come and Fetch the money on the 14th of November And Today it's 21st of October I didn't understand that why would have to wait for such long to get my Money Back they didn't explain the Guy that ****ed me alot is Peter- he was Laughing at me in such a way that I feel like I'm stupid of I have a disability or something the way he was Laughing at me , The lady that was assisting me tried to stop him but the Guy continue provoking me with his Laugh

I didn't like the Kind of Assistance I got from the Fair Price shop Welkom 44 Bok Street. I don't know why people have to laugh at Other People disability - The guy didn't laugh at me because I was asking, But Laughed at me because I'm Small and Have a Bald cause when he looks at me he just begin to Laugh.
