Ignorance of the dealership

My wife Innocentia Sepotokele ID NO *** bought washing machine 2020 and it's warranty is depleted on 27 November 2022 On 03 November 2022 sh e realized that there was water under the machine and reported it on the 05 November to the dealership. Since then they were playing games with her. They didn't fix machine yet.
