I was ****** by FairPrice

I saw a 210l defy freezer on special, I contact the store in Alberton confirming if the special is still running. They confirmed that I can visit the store they still have stock. I got to the store and I was specific with them that I want 210l defy freezer, the gentle man helped to purchase 210l defy freezer. I went to collect it only to find out that I was given a 195 defy freezer. Unfortunately it was Sunday and I needed a fridge urgently. I contacted the store and the guy who was helping me confirmed that I should receive 210l freezer not 195l but as I was in need of the fridge I then ask that I use it for it until in can be resolved he said he will ask the manager to contact me.

The manager called and started explaining that I got the right fridge, I should get 195l and explaining the capacity of the fridge which is felt ******. I asked how come the fridge didn’t come with 210l sticker like it shows online and at the store. He kept on forcing me to understand.

Therefore, I want fair price to give what I have purchased. That’s all!
