I want my refund from fair price in alberton

I have lay bye with fair price which will expire on the 22nd of January 2020. My issue is I failed to pay the monthly installments due to lock and for month of January I paid twice, on the 21st of January I paid R400.00 and the following day I paid R300.00. so in June I went to fair price in alberton to make the payment and I was told to bring the store card off which I have done so as per the request, to my surprise the sales person couldn't pick up my lay bye on the system and I was required to bring any receipts. I brought all the receipts but the store manager and his puppets claim I cancelled the lay bye and received the refund. I requested the proof that shows the refund has been paid to me and the same manager refused to show me the proofs as he keep on referring me to the system that I don't even have an access for, the manager claimed I cancelled the laybye on the 25th of January 2020 were else on the 21st and 22nd of January I paid. I want fair price to pay my money back as I can't deal with a stupid and dumb manager who is managing alberton fair price store. I have receipts that shows all the items I lay byed. Thank you
