I want my money back

Good day

My name is Keamogetse Ncosane and I need help from Xrepo.Okay so in April 2024 I went to Fair Price at Chris Hani Mall Vosloorus to buy a cupboard. The cupboard that I want costs R1000 and because there was no stock at the moment, I did a laybye and paid R900 cash. I asked the lady who was assisting me to call me once the cupboard is available so that I can pay the remaining R100 and get the cupboard. Weeks passed without getting a call, I went to the store and she said the cupboard was still not available. I don't know how many times I went to that store and was told there's no stock. Fast forward 30 July 2024 I went back and she said stock will be coming in a day or 2. I paid the remaining R100, meaning by then I had already paid the whole R1000. She said she will give me a call when stock arrives. A week later I called her and she said stock still hasn't arrived. Friday 7 September 2024 I went back to the store to ask for refund cause since I have been waiting. I get there I'm being told they can't find my receipt. Now they said it was dispatched meaning the cupboard was bought and the owner took it. My question was how did I take the cupboard whereas I have the receipt with me and whenever I went to the store I was always told there's no stock. They refused to give me my money back, they told me about doing investigations. They said by Sunday they will give me a call to give me feedback about the investigation. I didn't get any call from them.
