I want my money back.

on the 27th of December 2023 I bought a Hisense washing machine worth R8000 cash and when I tried using it ,it was not working,and it also had dents in it I then went to report it on the 25th of January 2024 telling them I nolonger need the machine I want my money back they refused telling me that they can only repair the Machine ,I need my money back
