I have never in my entire life had such a terrible experience shopping

I have never in my entire life had such a terrible experience shopping. Went to fair price Umphakathi mall and the service there was just terrible. The so called manager was rude and even refused to call her boss... To cut the long story short I paid for goods I did not receive, I won't be receiving and she still refused to refund me.. If anything that woman doesn't deserve to be a manager.. Her attitude is *** shame
