I have bought a room diverder at fair price now is been a month when I go the they are telling me that they don't have it and they do have it I don't no what to do cause I have paid them the whole amount

My experience with fair price in bela bela is not good at all cause they are promising us something that they can't offer now I have bought a room diverter at them now they are telling me that the one they have is for display they can't give it to me they said I must Wait now it has been a month waiting and they don't want to gave me my money back
