I demand my money since you dont have what I paid for in stock! Can't settle for nonsense

Purchased a bed and blanket box on layby Made final payment on the 7th Jan 2021 till today no delivery whereas they said it will be delivered within 7days. Upon calling the shop they tell me there is no stock I should come choose another bed! What nonsense is that!!!! If I need refund I should wait on que cause I'm not the only one!!!. Poor appalling service!!!! Called their head office in Ormonde to request my refund today and spoke to Roshnee..still awaiting her response....
