I called King price with regards to the car insurance, my previous car insurance was increasing every year

I called King price with regards to the car insurance, my previous car insurance was increasing every year. And it is now unbearable , I could not afford but when I called King price they promised me that my monthly premiums will decrease I’m a monthly basic coz the value decreases monthly so why pay more when cars decreases , I believe that I’m going to enjoy my journey with them in a fair manner
