I bought headboard on the 23 September 2026 at Fairprice and I paid cash they said its not at the shop i must come and fetch it on a following day, I went there on the following day but my headboard was not there they said they will call me until today not called me, the sales lady was shouting at me, the sales guy was drunk they refused to refund me until I took the other headboard and I told them that I will bring their headboard once they give me my money. I am very angry about their service its so disgusting towards me as a customer, all I need was my money.
