I bought a Heaboard from Fair Price online, i even PAID for it and for delivery fee

I bought a Heaboard from Fair Price online, i even PAID for it and for delivery fee. I bought it on the 9th of April and they said it will be delivered on the 11th of April 2024. Then a few days back someone from Fair Price online phoned me and said that he will push the order and have one of the other warehouse deliver it to me on Tuesday 16 April 2024 which is today. The first time i tracked my order it said to me your order is at the warehouse, and now when i check again it says order not yet received by warehouse. Even now as im taliking to you i didnt receive any new communication from Fair Price to confirm delivery for today or anything. So guys the service that i received untill now it was not good at all and so far i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
