I bought a chest freezer on the 29th of March @ Cosmo city mall

I bought a chest freezer on the 29th of March @ Cosmo city mall. It was delivered on the 31st, when it was time to plug the freezer the freezer is not working I decided to call the store and state my complain and I was told to come to the store personally. I went to the store on the 5th of April and reported the matter to Mr Langa who is the person responsible for my sale he assured me it will take less than a week but I was never contacted ,when I try calling the phone is just rings no response. Next Monday I will be sitting for 2 weeks with a dead freezer.This is a bad customer service. I am frustrated because I bought a chest freezer for a reason and not to end up with a dead useless freezer
