I am not happy at all!

My wife bought a Hisense refrigerator at Fair Price Vereeniging on the 04 July 2018 and it has a 3years call out repair and now it is not working as we used it only for 1 year 6 months, my wife went to the store with all the necessary documents, they told her somebody will come and repair and no one came till today as it is almost 3 weeks now. My wife made follow us up 3 times telephonically and she even went to the store 3 times still nothing is happening. Please help us with this matter!
