I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fair Price Mamelodi Square

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fair Price Mamelodi Square.

I purchased a wardrobe and a Bursa base unit and was told that my goods would be delivered last Saturday between approximately 14:00 and 15:00. However, the delivery only arrived after 16:00.

By that time, I had already left to attend to errands because the agreed delivery time had passed. I have since arranged my own transport for the goods.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that Fair Price is still insisting that I pay the R230 delivery fee, even though I have my own transport and no longer require their delivery service. I have refused to pay the fee.

I understand that delays can happen, but customers should not be inconvenienced by a missed delivery time and then still be expected to pay for a delivery service they are no longer using.

I am asking Fair Price to review this matter and provide a fair resolution by refunding my money ASAP
