horrible shopping experience at fair price phuthaditjhaba

iim wriiting this review with a very painful heart .On the 02-03-2024 i visited Fair price store to purchase a KIC fridge as i have been struggling with a fridge ,from the first day the fridge didn't work ,it was faulty .I then made contact to the store with this issue ,the came to fetch the fridge on the 06-03-2024 and told me they will contact the technician to asses the issue,i respected their process and waited patiently ,keep in mind i have to cough out money everyday to buy take aways as i no longer have a fridge ,all the groceries that i bought have now rotten,waist of my hard earn money to buy food.I now decide to go to the store to ask cos its now a week with them contacting me ,that's when the took their phone and call the KIC department and arrange a technician,keep in mind that's after a week ,i left the store and the technician called to arrange a date ,he was given the wrong infomation ,the store told him the fridge is still at my place where else its in their store .Till date im still without a fridge ,i don't have money to buy take aways anymore,the store now called me on the 15-03-2024 to explain to me i have to come to the store to fetch the fixed fridge ,the very same fridge that gave me problems without using it.i humbly ask the store for a refund ,they told me the cant do that as i haveto take now the fixed fridge.i asked them for a refund as they didn't treat me well and the manager became very rude at some point.This is painful as i bought something that i know its new ,,if i wanted to buy a second hand item i would have done so ,so now im being forced to take a fixed fridge .
