Horrible service from online store

Fair Price Online has the confidence to promise a 1-3 day delivery. I ordered furniture on the 25th of March, on the 28th of March in the morning I received a call from the driver asking if I am home and promising delivery by close of business that day, only for him to call me in the evening and ask to be pardoned and that he will deliver between 6-9am on the 29th. At 8h30 on the 29th I called the driver to ask how far he is and he said he has not left his place he will comr after 10. At 10am he called me to tell me that its the wrong address and he will list it under wrong address which doesn't make sense. To date i still don't have my order. I will never buy from Fair Price again. So disappointed in their service. Horrible service
