Horrible service from Fair Price Wynberg

We bought a fridge at fair price Wynberg, and paid for the additional delivery fee. We were then told that the fridge would be delivered in 48 hours. Eventually the fridge came. We live in apartments on the highest floor and to my surprise, the delivery guys REFUSED TO TAKE IT UP, and said they don’t go upstairs. What was the point in for paying for this delivery if we won’t get assisted! These same gentlemen did not want to disclose their names to us! Horrible!
