Horrible service from customer care

My mother who is a pensioner bought wardrobe at fair price Kwagga Plaza and they delivered a damaged product..she told the delivery guys that she can't accept the product in that condition and they told her that they are just delivering and there's nothing they can do.i contacted the store and the customer care and they say there's nothing they can do because the delivery is completed already...this is the horrible experience I have ever went through more especially with a customer care line that doesn't value their customers..I will never ever set my foot in their stores and I will make sure that non of my family and friends does..
