Horrible Service

Order no:500305.I'm in a horrible battle with them,as I have requested that they pick up a washing machine they had delivered.they treating me like they doing me a favour.After 2 weeks of phone calls and emails sent to them they want me to accept that a request has not been logged and their colleague is not at work.They claim to be extremely busy and not sure when they will assist.Dont use them they do not know what they doing and trained to lie to their customers.
