Horrible service

Oliven fair price is the worst,their service is horrible I called to ask about canceling my laybye the lady said musk come to the store I went there I ask lady lady they all continue to chat together they didn’t even bother to wear a musk they even talk to me without wearing a musk I don’t know if that’s how fair price operates but am so disappointed even today am still waiting for them to call me to come collect my money is over 3months now I want to know how long must I wait to get my money since I don’t want to go back to that store and get bad service with all team not even bothered to wear a musk to protect us ,I need my money
