Horrible service

Worst service EVER!!! I placed an online order on 29/12/2023 and today is 10/03/2024 and I still have not received my airfryer and ottoman. I’ve been sending emails and trying to call them but no one responds are there actual people working that work there? Their phone just rings and rings. At this point I just want my money back
