HORRIBLE SERVICE

I've requested a return same day I got the delivery, till today they are ignoring me. DON'T EVER purchase from this store. Their unproffessionalism is on another level. Been sending emails daily to follow up on when are they coming to collect and give me a refund and they are blatantly ignoring me. Not to mention their drivers will charge you for carrying your items into your house whereas you've already paid for delivery. I'm beyond livid with their service. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence. 😡😡😡
