Horrible service

I have placed an order on the 05/04/2024, was informed that my delivery date is the 09/04/2024. Today is the 15/04/2024 and I still have not received it. They do not pick up their phones, they do not respond back to emails, they just don't bother. This service is horrible, if I knew, I would have never placed the order.
