Horrible service

On the 10th of December 2024 i made the biggest mistake of my life i live to regret by abandoning my forever furniture store i won't mention and went to buy at Fairprice because of my colleagues but i got a bad experience 1st time buying cash, i purchased a 3seater couch and to date 19 Jan 2025 i haven't received my sofa stands/legs *****s, everytime i call Fairprice mabopane station they promise to send a driver, i also bought a black ottoman to match the couch, guess what the driver brought a brown colour of which the Ottoman on the 4th day after arrival it broke into pieces, i just don't know what to do, i regret buying at Fairprice no more 😡😡😡😡😡
