Horrible service

I bought a warbrobe on the 22nd of March they brought it on the 27th because they had to assemble it when the guy opened the box the pieces where broken and it was soiled due to water damage I phoned them waiting a week for them to come and fetch it I went to the shop to ask for my money back they said there will bring the wardrobe the following Tuesday 16 April 2024 that was last week never happened we have to phone them they said there is no stock I asked for my money back Monday 22nd April they said they will do a Eft I am still waiting for the money to reflect very bad customer ssrvice.
