Horrible service

Does not even recieve a star . Orderd furniture on 25 jan after 21 working days after hours of struggles to get through to the call centre i finally get through to an operator who asks someone to call me ..after many attempts of that the guy finally calls me to say no they dont have stock so he gives me an offer of either taking diffirent stock or a refund i selected a refund ..on the call im told it would in the same day or the next ..minutes later after sending the POP he tells me on the email it will take 5 working days .now its 6 working days later and still no money in my account after calling for hours i get through to the operator again and she gets him to call me . Then he will tell me that oh i finally decided to go with the refund after a week ago it was agreed on email and call that the refund is gonna be processed he said he will follow up and call back I am still waiting when i call him he drops
