HORRIBLE QUALITY AND SERVICE

I bought a heater on 3/6/24 then on 5/6/24 it got broken i took it back to the store in 6/6/24. They called on me on 15/6/24 to come fetch it, i fetched it on 18/6/24 then on 20/6/24 it stopped working i took it back to the store to ask for a refund they refused. I asked them so it means im gonna be at the store every week as it breaks every week. They said theyll take it for repairs again which i refused but they did anyway.
