Horrible Horrible Horrible bad service

I made a laybuy 2 months ago for couches and a cofee table but unfoturnately they failed to deliver my furniture after i paid the balane.After a month later i went to the store for follow up on my furniture to my suprise the respond that i got was we forgot you we even thought you received you furniture a long time because you did not call us so to understanding i ma not the one who should be calling the store as a client its their responsibility to make a follow up as check if i received my things.I said to them please refund the couches only and coffee table i will wait for it.History repeated its self i went to check my coffee table because its been too long and no one is contacting me,they said we forgot you so they forgot me 2 times in a row.I spoke to Ronald the store manager to explain to him what happend and he asked the sales person what happened and she said i forgot about the client.I was so disappointed because according to the managers response it means the is no problem.So i said to them i need a refund they said i must bring proof of purchase i told him that the time i was refunding my couches they took both slips so i dont have he said he will call me by the end the day so that they check they slip i agreed but he never called me back.The following day he called and said to me i should go to police station and make affidavit i refused to go there i told him that why should i go there while is negligence of your staff,then he said to me if i cant go to police station he cant assist me then i said to him let me escalate it further because i cant go to police station the he dropped the phone.After few minutes he called me back and said i must come and get my refund with id so it means fair price they undermine clients because they think we dont know whats right for us is that how you sustain your business?Do you think i will come again and purchase something in your store?you need ti hire competent managers not bully managers because they are giving us a horrible service thats bad for a reputation of the company.Please tell you so called manager Ronald at fAIR PRICE MABOPANE that i need him to call me and apoligise for this mess because i am gonna sing this song to every platform that a client can complain i am not doing this for myself only but i am preventing it before it happens again to another client.
