HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIR PRICE Daveyton

Iv never had issues with Fairprice always buy my furniture there with no issues until last month we went to fair Price Daveyton they were so welcoming I was exhausted they even offered me to seat on the coaches that are on display we bought a bed on the 9th of Octeber it was delivered on the 11th of October just 5 day after it was delivered we notice some funny noises think the was a loose spring the bed was sinking in the middle we decided to call the store they asked us to come in with all the documents we went on Sunday they made a copy of our slip ask us to write our details they promised to call us during the cause of the week we waited until Friday I decided to call in following up the manager told me he hasn't received any feedback I decided to call the head office myself spoke to a guy who deals with claims and all he promised to check the claim and call in 30.minutes he didn't call my husband called 2 days after they told him they will send someone to collect the bed that was toward the end of October even today we haven't received anything I'm so disappointed with your service will not advise nor recommend anyone to buy from Fair price they don't care about their customer they will take you from pillar to post pleas come and collect the bed I need a refund will go somewhere else I'm no longer intrested.
