Horrible customer service and delivery not done

I place an online order on the 12th of January 2023 with Fair price. I paid R4600 including R200 delivery. My order has not been delivered till today. I have contacted fair price so many times I was told my wardrobe is out of stock and last time I called they told me it’ll be available in stock in 4 days but nothing. I sent an email on the 22nd of March 2023 requesting that they refund me my money since they’re failing to deliver till today the email was not responded, I called them again and spoke to Rorisang who promised to call me back but I’m still waiting. I had a very bad experience with this store as I have not received anything yet since the 12th of January 2023. Today I called 5 times but nothing, my calls were ringing without pick up . I’m frustrated 💔😡
