Horrible Customer Service

So on Sunday the 07th of October I bought furniture from Fair Price in Lebowakgomo (headboard, chest of drawer and wardrobe), and was assisted by their salesman called Shadrack. They told me they will deliver them around the 23rd Oct or latest 01st Nov. Which they didn't. Last week I called to enquire, and they told me they'll deliver this week, which they didn't. Today I called they telling me next week. I mean what kind of NONSENSE service is this though? This is highly unacceptable and I think it's about time someone does something about it! It's ridiculously disgusting!!
