Horrible customer service

I bought a couch and a tv stand, I was told the couch is not available in store and it will be collected from the ware house and delivered to me the following day at 13h00. The agreed time passes and I am told it wasn't collected and we agree that I can come to the store for a refund. When I get there I am told there isn't enough money and I am forced to take something else, when I refuse now I am told the money is now in the safe and they can't refund me and I must come back on Monday. When I explain that I knock off after their closing time, they then lie and tell me I can get the money at their next branch they called the manager. When I get there the manager tells me he told the guy they don't have cash on hand. Have we reached a point that we don't respect peoples time and their support in our business. I am properly posses off and once I get my refund I swear to never buy anything there.
