Horriable Experience

I bought a Headboard, wardrobe and kitchen unit from Fair Price at Mams Mall in Mamelodi, Pretoria. It took the store two weeks to deliver my goods. Though I bought them in cash. I understood when the sales person said I will wait 3 to 4 days, but I ended up waiting for two weeks. They ruin my floor when they were bringing goods in the house. Upon delivery, all the doors of the wardrobe were locked, I could open two doors but the other one I could not open at all. A call the store to tell them, they since said they will get back to me. Until now I’m still waiting for them.

Fair Price have good quality furniture but their service is the worst. Now what must I do now with a wardrobe that won’t open one door. Either they come and fix it, or they come and get their wardrobe and give me back my money. I was so excited after my purchase, I thought I will come back, but I doubt.
