The service there is horrible. They sold me something that is not there, they sols me lies. I bought a bed and when I went to collect it, they allowed me to make my last payment towards my layby then after completing the payment, they told me that I have to wait for my bed and come collect it the next day at my cost. I told the sales lady that I will not be able to pay for the transport to come collect and she told me that it is my responsibility to organize transport even after I brought transport on that day.

The manager wanted to give me a display bed or a refund. I opted for a refund but it could not be processed because I did not have my ID, even after they have a biometric system that has my details and when I made my first payment I did not have my ID. The shop is a **** and I will NEVER shop there EVER again!

I still have not received my bed nor a refund. The manager there **** to me and trust me when I say I am going to report this on all platforms I can spread this on!
