Hideous product

My mother and I bought a wardrobe from fair price at Evaton in November and then they informed us that they currently do not have stock I must wait till next year, all of a sudden today I got a call informing me that they have the product and would like to deliver it. I almost died when I saw the product, it had scratches and paint, then the delivery guys proceeded to say that I'll clean the product when I told them I was not happy. The lady that assisted me with the complaint was so sweet and helpful but the product that I got was hideous.
