Hidden costs

Its not my first encounter with this store. They have very poor service. Recently bought a chest of drawer at Fair Price Lydenburg. Was than told I had to pay R100 for delivery fees. Told them I wld come and pic it up by myself with my own transport. I was than informed that the transport money was for delivery from their warehouse which was allocated in Burgersfort. How is it that I have to pay just cause their warehouse is 60km away from their store? And their adverti*****t clearly states that there are no hidden costs included in their prices!
