Help recieve my Refund for my plasma tv at fair price jabulani

I bought things worth of R9000 delivery fee included because they didnt have some of the firniture I ordered they delivered some and I had to pay another R150 for the things they didnt deliver and wait until they had them ... I waited 2 months and nothing was said I went back and asked for a refund they only gave me a refund for a kitchen unit worth of R1600 and told me they have the fridge I ordered and I agreed for them to bring it... the plasma I bought wasnt working at all and because I work I returned it 10 days after its been 2months and I havent recieved my tv they told me they will take it to repairs I bought a new tv and im about to get a second hand tv that was taken to repairs and back to me now I told them listen ill buy a tv else where so I need my refund they telling me I have to wait 35 working days to get a straight forward answer im so frustrated coz that means it takes them 3 months to get me a tv I fully paid for in my hand ...im so dissappointed and im asking for any kind of help ...this is fairprice jabulani
