Headboard sold

I would like to complain about the service I got the your Germiston branch

I bought a Headboard on the 2 August it was at the store told them that I'll come collet it when I went to collect it (10 August) they are telling me it's sold, how to they sell something that I bought and worse I even paid transport to go collect it. I am not happy with their incompetence and the fact that I wasted my last money for nothing
