Hard earned cash being sc****d away

Purchased headboard from fair price, recieved on the 8th missing correct set of *****s. Emailed them. Got a response will come back to me on Tuesday. Nothing. Had to call them still no response. went onto Facebook and got hold of someone. 2 days ago. Gent came yesterday to put headboard together. Pieces won't fit so he laterly had to sc**** all with my kitchen knife to fit. Not talking about a nodge. Used the same wrong set of *****s. Headboard has 12 or more places where dowels goes in but only 5 that came in that package where installed. I am left with scratches, *****s forcing through cause they not the right ones for the job. Job is do s****y. Looks like the headboard was put together by a school kid. But I'm told they are right. End of the day I get a call asking if I need them to exchange for a proper headboard. What's a proper headboard?
