Goods/Order not delivered

I placed an order online on the 23/11/2023 and i was given 4 dates to choose from for delivery 27th,28th,29th and 30th so i chose 27th because i knew i will be off duty on that day. The Order was never delivered till today. I sent an email to *** on the 28/11/2023, asking where is my order and receive a respond today from Melusi Innocent Mngomezulu , who responded by sending me an invoice and not answering my question. The invoice that i received it stated that the couch is R5000 but i was debited R5500. Bad experience EVER!!!
