GOODS NOT DELIVERED

I made a cash purchase on 18/04/2025 I was promised delivery on the 19/04/2025 I waited on Saturday ,Sunday & Monday I have tried contacting the store they answered and said the delivery guy took my goods on Saturday 19/04/2025 but I have not received them know I keep on calling no response I need an urgent response as I have moved to a new place, and I need my goods delivered
