Good day I need your help hello Peter I bought a washing machine Hisense 16 kg last year 2025 October at fair price (witbank cbd)so this year in November My machine broked so when I went back to the shop so that they can help me since the machine still have warranty they don't want to me because I lost receipt but I still have proof of purchase in my phone cause I bought with eft .. please help. They were rude and disrespect me in front of other customers just because I was seeking for help even the meninge I was very rude.
