Given a broken fridge

I bought a fridge last week on Wednesday at burgersfort fairprice an when I unpack it I realized that it has something like a foam at the back .I waited for 6 hours to cool down after 6 hours I switched it on an it was having an abnormal sound the light was not on .I reported it on Sunday they said they will come an assess it on Monday, till today they did not come.i want my money back or a new fridge I have worked very hard for that money. It seems like it was used before
