Getting orders wrong and not making amends is very amateur

I ordered a TV stand as well as a mirror from them, they brought me the wrong TV stand, they aren’t replying to my emails and they keep telling me that an agent will call me. It’s either they replace this stand that they brought with the one I actually ordered or just return my money…
